We brought licensed plumbers and electricians in-house, eliminating the need for boards to coordinate multiple vendors. One call, one invoice, one point of accountability.

During the pandemic, building emergencies didn't stop. We stood up a dedicated after-hours dispatch line staffed by our own technicians — not an answering service.

Today we cover over 400 condominium associations across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, with a team of 60+ licensed technicians and a 98% client retention rate.
